Serving for – 2
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Yogurt – 1/4 cup
- Onion – 1/2 (finely chopped)- Adding onion is optional.
- Some cilantro – finely chopped (Optional)
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
1. Put all above ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add water and make a thin batter. If you want to make soft ghavan, then keep the batter little bit on thicker side.
2. Heat the skillet, and spread 1 tsp of oil on it. Pour the batter and spread it evenly. Cover it and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip it and roast from other side too. Serve with batata bhaji/potato stir fry.
