Bhajani is a flour made of roasted grains and pulses like rice, sorghum, wheat,chana dal and black lentil( or urad dal). It is also flavoured with some roasted coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
- Rice – 1 kg
- Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Chana dal – 1 cup
- Urad dal – ½ cup
- Whole wheat – ¼ kg
- Jowar / Sorghum – ½ kg

Thalipeeth bhajani flour recipe
- Dry roast all the grain and pulses one by one until they changes their color lightly and turns little fragrant. Keep stirring constantly so that they don’t burn.
- Mix everything together and grind it in a grinding mill.
